Pixillation

This Stop motion technique is created by live actors, that are used as frame by frame in an animated piece of film. This is often used for blending live actors with animation. Early known movies are El Hotel Electrico in 1908 and Jobard Cannot See The Women Working by Emile Cohl 1911. This technique has been used in films, TV shows and music videos.
