Group Change

There have been a few problems in our group the main one being communication between each other. Due to this we had a group change and instead of Kieren we now have Dan Smith, this changes the group drastically for me as I were to do all the concept art work whereas now I am having to model the character, texture them, rig them and animate them. This is such a heavy work load whereas before it was more evened out as I were also to help out making the props which I am still having to do. I have had no previous experience in making characters before so this is going to be a big challenge. Hopefully I am able to do it. The timing wasn't good when the groups changed as it gave me even less time in order to create the characters. The reason for the roles changing isn't just because of group change it also partly because I know Dan wants to create concept art as a career choice so I thought it would be wiser if I gave him the concept role so he can increase his skills.
