After effects colour balance

Here is a piece of footage that I have managed to edit so I can get the correct colour gradient. I have also editing the images in Photoshop individually as key lighting the footage was near impossible. This is because the old lady's skirt is the same colour as the background. I choose to have the blue screen blue as there are a lot of green components in the set, however it seems as though this was a bad choice as there are even more blue components.
