Jobs in the industry - Crytek

Crytek is an independent video game development company. They have worked on games such as Far Cry, Warface and many more. Crytek are looking for a 2D artist who is able to do 2D animation within a game engine, however the are looking for someone who has had previous experience with in the games industry, something that I do not have. The job is in Germany so you must be willing to move, something that I have thought about a lot recently. I can confirm that I am willing to move if it helps me get into the industry.
